Barbara Ann Thedin, 79, of Mission Valley passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026. She was born May 14, 1947, in Cuero, Texas to Adolph and Sophie Kenne Koopmann. Barbara married Craig Thedin on September 19, 1969, at St. Paul Lutheran church in Yorktown.
She is survived by her husband Craig Thedin, of Mission Valley, daughter Lori (Jason) Collins, of Goliad and grandson Conner Collins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Sophie Koopmann.
Funeral service was presided by Rev. Chip Reynolds, Barbara was buried at Westside Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Thedin, Kirby Jalufka, John Koopmann, Walter Kooopmann, Aaron Koopmann and Ralph Koopmann.
Memorials can be given to First English Lutheran Church in Victoria.
