Cuero, TX — Residents in several Cuero neighborhoods are advised to prepare for ongoing street work throughout July and August 2025. According to a bulletin issued by the City of Cuero, contractors hired by the city will begin roadway repairs in designated areas over the coming weeks.
The affected streets include:
- Fredrick Williams Street
- Hamilton Street
- Schleicher Street
The work will include street maintenance and repairs, and to ensure crews can complete the job efficiently and safely, residents are asked to remove all vehicles—including trailers, cars, and other equipment—from the streets where repairs are scheduled to take place.
Crews will be active during daytime hours, and while some minor inconveniences may occur, city officials stress the importance of cooperation to improve infrastructure and maintain safe road conditions throughout Cuero.
