CUERO — Diana S. Butler, formerly of Cuero, TX, passed away February 15, 2025, in Victoria, TX. She was born May 19, 1938, to the late Mario and Elvira Bilotti Nappi in San Francisco, CA. Diana graduated from Balboa High in 1956, and she worked for Pacific Bell as a phone operator and seasonal work for See’s Candy Factory. She married Jack Butler in Reno NV on August 3, 1957.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Christopher. She is survived by sons, Patrick (Kelly) Butler, and Lee (Amy) Butler; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
She worked for Tex-Tan leather factory, Harold Parlor furniture factory and volunteered for numerous organizations. Diana’s favorite hobby was cake decorating. She was a member of Victory Family Church in Cuero. A special thank you to Debbie Simek, her niece, for the many hours spent with Diana. Also to Harbor Hospice, Gentle Hearts Assistant Living. Diana will be greatly missed, and we look forward to seeing her in Heaven.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 22, 2025, at the Nordheim Cemetery. In leu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Harbor Hospice which brought comfort during this time.
