MAGNOLIA: Nina Lee (Kutzer) Bunch, of Magnolia, TX, entered heaven’s gates on Friday, August 21, 2026. Nina was born in Bandera, TX, in April 1935, to Rex James Kutzer and Ida Mae Kutzer. Nina left Bandera and moved to Arkansas with her family, where she met Billy Joe Bunch, Sr. Billy and Nina had three children (Pat, Joe & Anita). Billy and Nina moved back to Texas. They made a home with their children in Pearland, where they lived for 33 years.
After retiring, Billy and Nina moved to their farm in Yoakum, where they lived for 17 years. Nina loved growing flowers, tending a vegetable garden, and watching her favorite birds, cardinals and hummingbirds.
Following Billy’s passing, Nina moved to Magnolia, TX, where she lived for eleven years with her daughter, Pat. Nina was a devoted Christ follower, daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be missed by everyone.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, husband, son (Billy Joe Bunch, Jr.) and many other loved ones.
Nina is survived by her two daughters, Nina Patricia (Larry) and Anita Dale (Bruce); 7 grandsons; 4 great granddaughters; 8 great grandsons, and many beloved nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
Serving as pall bearers will be Nina’s seven grandsons: Jeff Jeffrey, Jason Bunch, Jess Jeffrey, Paul Eckert III, Jacob Bunch, Travis Eckert, and Jordon Bunch.
A Service was held August 29, 2026. Nina is buried at Hebron Cemetery in Yoakum, with Pastor Elvis Whaley officiating.
