Therese Agnes Kuhn Russell, 95, of San Antonio passed away Saturday, July 25, 2026. She was born June 27, 1931, in San Benito, TX, to John and Irene Foelker Kuhn. She married Clarence A. Russell Jr. on September 3, 1951, in San Benito, TX. She graduated from Our Lady of the Lake College in 1952 with a B.A. in Music. She worked part-time as a floral designer and played the organ and piano at St. Mary Magdalen Parish. She was a member of the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in San Antonio, the Knights of Columbus Wives, and PTA.
She is survived by her daughters, Catherine Webb, Diane Parker, Susan Russell, Terri Anne Russell, MD, and Janet Lynne Russell; her sons, Michael Russell and Robert Russell; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 1, 2026, 9:00 AM at St. Michael’s Catholic Church with a Rosary to begin at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 AM with Father Michael Odartey-Lamptey officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
Pallbearers include David Cisneros, Robert Cisneros, Jordan Flowers and Joseph Russell.
