The 2026 Miss Cuero, Leah, along with members of her royal court, took part in the Mental Health Awareness Walk held this week in Cuero, Texas. Their participation added a meaningful presence to an event dedicated to promoting understanding, compassion, and support for those facing mental health challenges.
Wearing their crowns and sashes, the young representatives walked alongside families, local organizations, and community leaders, helping bring visibility to an issue that affects people of all ages. Organizers noted that having Miss Cuero and her court involved helps reinforce the message that mental health awareness is a community responsibility, not just a private struggle.
The walk served as both a show of solidarity and a reminder that resources, conversations, and support networks are essential for maintaining emotional well‑being. Participants shared messages of hope, encouragement, and unity as they made their way through the route.
Miss Cuero Leah and her court expressed gratitude for the opportunity to stand with the community, emphasizing the importance of compassion and connection in promoting mental health.
