Lions Club of Yorktown Donates $1,000 to Yorktown Assistance Ministry

Yorktown, Texas – November 2024

The Lions Club of Yorktown, Texas, is pleased to announce a generous donation of $1,000 to the Yorktown Assistance Ministry. This contribution will be used to purchase food for the program, continuing the club’s commitment to supporting the local community.

Last year, the Yorktown Assistance Ministry successfully purchased and distributed over 80,000 pounds of food to families in need within the community. The donation from the Lions Club will help sustain and enhance these vital efforts, ensuring that more families receive the necessary support, especially during these challenging times.

The Lions Club of Yorktown is proud to partner with the Yorktown Assistance Ministry and remains dedicated to making a positive impact through its community service initiatives.
