Early Voting Begins Today for Cuero ISD’s May 2 Board of Trustees Election

Cuero ISD will hold its Board of Trustees Election on Saturday, May 2, 2026, with two district seats on the ballot. Early voting runs April 20–28, 2026 at the DeWitt County Annex Courtroom, located at 115 N. Gonzales St., Cuero, Texas.

Positions on the Ballot

Two trustee seats are up for election this year:

  • District 3 – currently held by Ms. Wanda Zuniga
  • District 4 – currently held by Mr. Justin Cooper

Cuero ISD trustees serve three‑year terms. The Board consists of seven members, representing specific geographic districts except for two at‑large positions.
